Only offers times that are actually free.

Your customers message on WhatsApp. Volraix answers them, reads your real opening hours and your real Google Calendar, and refuses anything that is already taken. When it is not sure, a person takes over.

Written demonstration, not a real customer. The behaviour shown — reading opening hours and a real Google Calendar, refusing times that are not free, handing over to a person — is what the product does.

Saying yes is easy. Refusing correctly is the product.

Any chatbot can reply politely. The difficult part is knowing that Thursday at seven will not finish before closing, and saying so.

Omnichannel messaging

Answer customers on WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger from one inbox.

Real calendar sync

Two-way Google Calendar integration with opening hours and break awareness.

Human handover

Escalates to your staff in the same thread whenever confidence drops.

01

A message arrives

On WhatsApp, Instagram or Messenger — the apps people in Singapore actually message a shop on. Nothing for your customer to install, no website widget nobody opens.

02

It opens your real calendar

Not a copy, and not a second booking diary your staff have to keep in step. The same Google Calendar your team already works from, plus the opening hours and breaks you set.

03

It offers what fits, and refuses what does not

A service that runs two and a half hours cannot start an hour before closing. A slot inside someone else's appointment is not free. It says so, and offers the times that do work.

04

The booking goes into the calendar

Written straight into the calendar your staff are already looking at, the moment it is agreed. Nothing to copy over the next morning.

And at any point, a person takes over

Asked something it cannot answer from the calendar — a stylist preference, a medical question, a price it has not been given — it stops and passes the conversation to your staff, in the same thread. This is the step that is missing from most of them.

Two products, honestly described.

Volraix Quotes

Plain-words quotations for renovation and trade businesses. Accounts, clients and your price book are built and working. The quote editor and PDF output are not finished yet, so we are not selling it as though they were. Ask if you want to follow it.

Pricing

Per month, in Singapore dollars. Solo and Salon are on a launch price until 31 December 2026. More than one outlet is quoted rather than listed — the setups differ too much to put a number on.

Who is behind this

Volraix is built by Eugene, who runs a Singapore business with exactly this problem. Booking messages arrived on WhatsApp at every hour; replies went out too late. So the assistant got built to handle it — for one business first, and it worked.

The team is small on purpose. Eugene sets up every account personally, and when you need support you reach Eugene, not a ticket queue. Built and run in Singapore.
